What we collect
Account information (email address, authentication credentials or Google account identifier), billing information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and processing metadata (page counts, credit balances, job status timestamps, folder/file counts).
What we do not collect or store
We do not store document content, extracted text, OCR results, filenames extracted from inside your documents, or any personally identifiable information contained within the documents you upload, in our database or logs. Our infrastructure logs (CloudWatch) contain only token counts, processing metadata, error codes, and execution metrics — never document content or AI prompt payloads.
How your files are processed
Uploaded files are processed using Anthropic's Claude API to detect document boundaries and suggest organization. Files are streamed through memory during processing and are never permanently stored outside of encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and our processing pipeline.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded source files and processed output are automatically deleted within 30 days of processing completion, or immediately upon your confirmed download — whichever comes first. After deletion, only anonymized billing metadata (timestamps, page counts, credit amounts, job status) is retained for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
Downloads
Download links are short-lived, signed, and tied to your authenticated session — they are never permanent or publicly accessible URLs.
Third-party processors
We use Supabase (authentication and account data), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments for data processed on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time via the support form in your dashboard.
